Governance framework

TCF’s governing charter sets out responsibilities for leadership, conflicts of interest, financial stewardship, records and charitable gift acceptance. Board adoption and publication details will be confirmed before governance documents are posted.

Our public reporting commitment

This site does not present estimated outcomes as achieved impact. Annual reporting, leadership biographies and public documents will be added as verified materials become available.

Before public launch

Owner review: confirm board roster and adoption dates; add EIN and determination letter; approve publication of governance records; confirm the inquiry and privacy contacts.
