Start with a community need

We welcome conversations with libraries, clinics, schools, housing organizations, nonprofits, faith communities and businesses. A useful partnership begins with a specific need and a realistic contribution from each organization.

Shape a practical proposal

Tell us who you hope to serve, where the work would happen, what resources you can contribute and how you would recognize progress. Possible starting points include a learning space, volunteer expertise, resource navigation or community education.

Build toward responsible growth

Our national vision depends on strong local relationships. Geography, program readiness, responsibilities and any formal agreement must be established before activity begins. An inquiry does not create a TCF chapter or authorize anyone to represent the Foundation.
