Begin with your intentions

Consider which part of the mission matters most to you and discuss possible giving approaches with your independent advisers. A bequest, beneficiary designation or other planned gift may be worth exploring in your circumstances.

A conversation before a commitment

Contact TCF before naming a restricted purpose, transferring complex assets or using language that requires the Foundation to take on future obligations. Every gift is subject to applicable acceptance procedures.

Information for advisers

The final page will include the verified legal name, EIN, mailing address and appropriate gift contact. These identity fields must be confirmed before beneficiary or estate documents are prepared.

No pressure. No promised tax result.

TCF does not provide legal, investment or tax advice. Your advisers should assess the consequences of any gift, including effects on benefits, family interests and long-term needs.
